Do you have a minimum loan size?

We typically have a minimum loan size of £250,000, although this is subject to your circumstances.

What is Fitch & Fitch fee?

For residential and buy to let property, we charge a maximum of 1% of the loan amount depending on individual circumstances. The exact fee charged will be dependent upon the amount of work undertaken. A typical fee is £495.

 

More complex cases may incur a higher charge.
